Labor and Employment Law Group
Our Labor and Employment group represents employers and employees in matters that arise in the workplace, including work policies and guidelines, the application and hiring process, and handbook and employment contracts. They also possess expertise in issues arising in the employment relationship, including wage and hour standards, fair labor practices, family medical leave, civil rights, drug testing, disability, OSHA compliance, and termination.
This group represents clients in mediation, arbitration, and in state and federal courts and before numerous administrative agencies.
