Hopkins & Huebner, P.C. is pleased to announce Eddie Fishman and Kylie Franklin have been promoted to shareholders. The exciting news was revealed on Friday, January 22, 2021.
Eddie Fishman has been practicing law in Iowa since 2013. Eddie maintains a general practice in Adel, Iowa, working in criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and probate. In his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and three dogs, exercising, and watching Miami football. He is also a novice vegetable gardener.
Kylie Franklin has been practicing law in Iowa since 2014 and Illinois since 2017. Kylie practices primarily in personal and work injuries in Iowa and Illinois. Kylie has handled a wide variety of cases, including: wrongful death, mental claims involving depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), slip and fall injuries, car accidents, dog bites, dram shop, and premises liability cases. In her free time, Kylie enjoys running, biking, going to the farmers’ market, reading, watching or playing sports, spending time with family and friends and trying out new restaurants.
